At first it sounded backwards to me but it is correct. The reason for this is interesting. Since 365 mod 7 = 1, a normal year is 52 weeks and 1 day long. Thus the week shifts forward by one day each

You're right. I didn't know about the 1.16 primary reduction which is A: my original calculations were 16% off B: I was looking for a ratio that was 16% taller (4.75) Looks like the 4.3 or 4.44 ratio
