I just replaced my old electric fan with a new 12 blade fan. ALl is running very well BUT I noticed that when the relay comes on to start the fan, it clicks very rapidly as long as the fan is running

I used the existing spring from the Stromberg along with the connect point and the shaft. Let me explain. The Weber came with an arched plate that has about 8 holes. I used the 3rd hole reading left

I have found that if you drill a small hole right in the center of the cap and then take a metal screw and put it through the hole, it will go in and hit the center of the stub axle and force the cap
