They play a little rough in Midwestern Council. This is why I changed the Rabbit into a g-prod car. They have all the Miadas running with the IT cars so this adds to the problem. It doesn't help that

I'd try SCCA Vintage as well as some general vintage racing. SCCA vintage is most forgiving--even the Cheater TR3 is welcome (sort of). The grids tend to be mid-sized and you get some reasonable comp
