You should be able to pick up power for the stoplights (and turn signals if you have them) from any fused hot power source under the dash. The source should be on when the key is on and off when the

The stoplight switch is mounted on the firewall below the steering column. It has a lever that is activated by the brake pedal mechanism. It has two wires, one of which goes to the original firewall

I would think any terminal that is hot all the time like the Batt term would work. Don't want them switched, but a fuse would be nice, maybe you have those underhood in small box if you used it. inst
