- If you are going to be restoring your truck back to original, then you need to be looking for a 216. If not, then just about any engine can be made to fit. I have seen that Jim Carters sells rebuilt

- Although Brad is right about almost any engine will fit, the easiest is either the original 216 (if your into the "original" look, but may be hard to find-last made in 53 & babbitt bearings, splash o
