PO put a stabilizer on one of mine. It steers quite nicely with its new 6.50 x 16 bias plies, but otherwise neglected condition. I always considered it kind of hokey, but maybe it does contribute to

I tried both the sway bar from AD panel truck and the after market sway bar. The panel bar is a marginal improvement. The after market bar works great, IMHO worth every penny. Don't know what kind of

I've got as sway bar on a 41 panel that I was going to use on my 38 1/2 ton but sounds like it's not that much of an improvment. I'm just afraid that I won't be able to find an aftermarket sway bar f

So now we know why Mr. G. Grant Simmons doesn't have any problems with bias ply tires and lane drift! Use radials if you don't have a front stabilizer and you want to stay in your own lane. MY PO did

Hi All, I put an anti-sway bar on my 53' 1/2 ton. It has stock suspension, disc brakes (Camaro) and steel belted tires. The truck swayed like an old conestoga wagon. After, putting on the antiswaybar

Jon, I am glad to here this works for you. This may be the last piece I need to get my truck driving good. It drives pretty good now but after reading the Emails lately, I'm convinced I need a anti-s

Hey Durwood, maybe that's it, but I think it's so old that it probably isn't doing much. My PO didn't flatten the fan blade, but he flattened the front end instead, using a Highway Patrol car as his
