I never did this personally but learned of it from the Jag list. Mix some silicone gasket goo and coppersheild electric grease together and smear in on the exhaust parts. They say it makes an excelle

What's the purpose of the copper grease... heat dissipation? I have a tube of Permatex Ultra Copper high temp RTV silicone, good to 700 degress. Sounds like that might work as well... ya think? Gera
