I would not use any glue at all if you can help it. I used 2 sided carpet tape and Velcro strips to keep things from sliding. You need to be able to remove the carpet easily for service to the gearb

don't glue it... My PDO glued the carpet and pad down in my TR3.. When I had the tranny and clutch worked on last fall this all had to be torn out and stuffed back in place. It will be well worth yo
