Hi Jason, Yes I have a complete carb tool. Since I have the Carb out of the car, I was doing the adjustment (actually looking for a change) with the piston & diapragm out of the carb. IF ONLY the too

Since your needle isn't moving, I'd suspect that either the screw isn't ingaged in the needle top itself, or the threads are stripped. Be sure the set screw which holds the needle in place isn't bin
