Hi Jean , Protek is definately bolt on....only welding required is to modify a onepiece column if you don't have the split one . I believe that the Revington system requires some welding . Moss UK ..

Chances are the leak is because the rocker shaft bushing is worn. If they only changed the seal, it may be that the box would not have leaked before being used. Also check the sealing surface of the
