My TR6 trunk lock/latch has failed in the latched position. Has anyone on the list experienced this? Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get my trunk open? I've already tried spraying WD-4

OK, first, are you sure that somehow the trunk is not locked? (I know this is basic, but don't overlook the obvious ). If it is not locked, then have someone apply downward pressure on the trunk whil

I haven't tried this myself, but if you get to the point of desperation, you may want to investigate it. Try removing the interior upholstery panel in front of the gas tank, and see what you find. T
