Just run a tap into the bushing. When the tap bottoms out, keep turning it, and it'll push the bushing out of the crankshaft. You're on your own, as far as what size tap to use. It's been several yea

One could use a clutch alignment tool. I usually use a dowel, because the idea of hitting a fairly expensive, often plastic, alignment tool with a mallet just makes me queasy. Chris K.
