- Heat can be used to cause the wrinkling action to start if it is hesitant. Use a hair dryer on the part after you apply a good coating. Temperature is very important- if you apply it in a cold garage

- Well I received two suggestions to use heat so I went out and hit my orange peel with the hair dryer and still nothing. I put another coat of wrinkle paint on and used the hair dryer. There was hint

- Something I've used in the past, after you paint the wrinkle on, as it starts to dry, I've sprayed a coat of clear over it. That seemed to rally give the wrinkle a kick in the shorts. John John T. B

- Back in the day . . . When I was at IBM, and typewriters (remember them?) had wrinkle paint, we would put the case in a regular home oven to heat it up to 150-200F first, then spray the wrinkle paint
