In an effort to move my throttle pedal closer to the floor, I was considering adapting a cable actuated "modern" linkage. I really need to get the go pedal lower than the brake by about an inch. I'm

I'm extremely interested in what you've done so far to move the pedals down; at 6'-2.5" with a 34" inseam, I had hoped the TR would have seating similar to the 240Z I chose to buy in 1976 over a TR.

There is a clamp at the end of the throttle cross-shaft over on the passenger's side of the engine compartment. Slacking off this clamp will allow you to move the static position of the pedal relativ

This won't work for George since he has a roll cage preventing him from moving the seat back, but might work for Joe or others. I'm 6 foot 5 and just fit into my TR6. I've been considering trying out

[stuff deleted] You'd be surprised. Once you enter "the zone" you can drive for a very long time and not be the worse for the wear. I have the opposite problem from most folks posting to thie thread.
