For the Shroud attachment, I would reccomend a product made for the purpose like 3M flexible seam sealer. This comes in caulk tubes, is easy to dispense and has other uses as you are putting your car

what down I would echo what a couple others have said. You really do not want to glue the shroud to anything. The sealer orig used can be a bear to remove or separate. I would suggest something like
