You have to remove the rear hub assy. before you let the trailing arm down.
Jack the trailing arm up, remove the 6 nuts holding it in, clip the wire on
the rubber boot and pull it out.  Then loose the retainer nut on the brake
line bracket on the inboard side of the trailing arm.  Lift it out of the
bracket.  Then remove the nut holding the parking brake mount bracket to the
trailing arm.  Nut is inside the passage for the rear hub assy.  Now
everything is loose and the arm will drop down and the spring can be
removed.  Don't panic this stuff is easy.
