I'm not sure why Excel couldn't be used. It offers pasting of any
picture and/or objects,
weblinks, annotations, graphs, charts, and all sorts of bells and
whistles. It just takes
some learning and practice... It's also easy to send to someone else
because many
people have/use Excel.... Just my $.0002
