I can attest to Revington's great response to my order on a frame repair kit
for the differential brackets ( RTR7012-1 DIFF.SUPPORT STRENGTH KIT
TR4A-6) . I've never seen such a robust kit for reinforcement of the
brackets that plague our TR6s. It was in my hands in a couple days, albeit
fairly expensive compared to domestic sources. The kit reinforces all four
diff support posts, with additional pieces that box in the rear shock
supports, and they sell two kits, one for body off, and one for body on.

I would suspect that they offer similar frame pieces for the outriggers
(trailing arms). There are two other potential sources for these, one is
AutoRust Technicians in Rhode Island ( www.autorust.com) , who formerly sold
the outrigger sets (they may no longer) , and Triumph Works in PA
http://www.triumphworks.com/. I've not inquired whether the latter source
will sell outriggers separately, but his philosophy is sound, i.e., replace
the outrigger internal structure with solid steel blocks and drill the
mounting holes through after the blocks are welded in.

John Cohen asked about this. Here is one possible answer from Roger
Williams. DT .....

Hello Dick - I would have thought any TR SPECIALIST would be able to supply
the two-piece chassis repair sections but the pictures you see in the book
were taken at Revingtons so if you cannot find any in the USA try the UK
specialists listed in the appendix maybe starting with Revingtons - who are
very experienced at overseas sales/packages. They have a website that I
note is omitted - www.revingtontr.com - & you can order through that site
with a credit card. I've not looked to see if the two-piece members are
listed but if not a phone call should do it!

Regards, Roger
