Well, nobody's perfect :)
I would think this is the least of our worries right now.
Enacting such legislation would be a very long process that would
likely never pass.
After all, this is currently controlled entirely by the states.
Furthermore, enacting this would hurt the very people Obama
would like to protect.
Who is going to pay for all these new cars? :)
Now, making every car pass a basic tail pipe sniff test
might not be such a bad thing, as long as it is reasonable.
