Ron, try replacing your stock rubber brake lines. Sometimes as these lines
age, they can't handle the increase heat generated by auto-xing becoming
pliable and expanding as the braking effort increases resulting in a spongy
or no pedal feel.
BTW, it wouldn't hurt to check out your master cylinder either. I've been
fooled once or twice by old brake fluid precipitating out solids that
interfered with the seals in the master cylinder after really heating up the
brakes on a tune & drive weekend. Hope this helps resolve your problem.
