The "draftee" tech program in SF Region has flunked one car in tech in about
every 6-8 events. One of our event chairs (Ben Martinez) recently (day
before yesterday) got tough on tech and found problems on somewhere between 5
and 10 cars in ONE event. I'd recommend every region crack down on tech.
I'll bet you find more problems than you'd expect.
