In the Region I autocross with, Tech is very
important. They pride themselves on trying very hard
to elimiate the mechanical part of safety issues. Of
course we all know things break, but in the past 5
years, I cannot remember one incident where it was
something that should have been caught in Tech.

We use the same form everytime, follow the form and
check everything over and over again. I find it a
helpful hand to have another set of eyes looking at
the car I built. Somtimes we get too close to our
projects and skim past things we said we'll fix in the
future.

I have yet to have any competitos complain about the
stringent procedure at each event either.
