I talked with the guy, as his parents were duct taping the winshield on
for the drive home. He's now interested in getting an older MR2.
I didn't see the car roll but he seeme d to be taking it rather well.
Autocrossing isn't 100 percent safe S#it happens but I think the safety
record is pretty darn good when you consider how many runs there
are in Solo 2.

I think they are in the NER region.

I disagree with that too. The NER region has some really good
safety stewards.

I don't think the course was unsafe, a bit confusing since I didn't get
to walk
the Big course first, but overdriving that course was pretty common.
It had so many crossovers it was like threading a shoelace.

I saw the Yugo nearly roll but he backed off and it settled down.
I think it shook him up since he seemed far more mellow on the throttle
after that.

I think it was a great event.
