There are two ideas I see as being feasible / cool by me.
1. Have both courses setup and run both on each day. (Preferred, but I
dunno how possible it'd be).
2. Run the event over 3 days rather than 2.
Or, maybe:
3. Require a national licence to run the event (with exemption to
volunteer workers).
All the other options kinda suck. I expresely DON'T want to just raise
entry fees, as that means all the deeper pocket folks win out. While I
can easily afford higher entry fees, I think its a poor way to control
attendence.
