I would say that the Wendover surface is slightly worse than Mark
implied, definitely coming apart in lots of spots. But it is plenty
large and it's grippy (except where it's coming apart) concrete.
The entire city is in the Mountain Time Zone, even the Nevada (gambling)
side. Fortunately. Or else it would be really hard to figure out the
schedule (sleep in Pacific time, race in Mountain time ... what time do
you get up?)
