Pat,
I was thinking about it when I was filling out my card, but I forgot to follow
through...  Should we mark on the card if we don't want to receive results by
mail?  Or is it more of a hassle to separate those that do and those that
don't?  I would think that a lot of stamps, envelopes, and stuffing time could
be saved...
