What time do the festivities start (e.g. Doors open when? Ceremony start
when?)? Steve S, Sharon, and myself will be rushing down from Thunderhill
to make it, and we don't want to miss anything! Oh yeah, we'll be headed
back to Thunderhill that night, too. It's gonna be a tiring weekend.

Through the kindness of your Banquet Chiefs (Jim & Marcia Keane and
yours truly for Solo 2) we are giving you laggards one more chance to get
signed up for next Saturday's gala event.
We have 120 autocross people signed up. That's pretty good. But only 65
of the more than 120 trophy winners are signed up. What's the matter
with all the rest of you winners? There is no public speechifying required
-- just walk up and get a cool trophy in front of your autocross friends and
competitors!
As I said in an earlier post on the subject:

racing brethren, and will be held Saturday January 13 at the San Ramon
Marriott.
Katie Kelly with some help from her friends is putting together a great
multimedia presentation, awards will be given, speeches will be kept
short, the food will be pretty darn good, folks will be all prettied up, the
great events of the 2000 season will be revisited, challenges for 2001
will be issued (no doubt), door prizes will be won and there will be live
music and dancing. All for $35!
Be there or miss out on a real good time."
There will be over 40 door prizes -- including 2 street school entries and
4 sets of tires among other great stuff. But you must be present to win.
