Perhaps the SEB could consider letting well enough alone for a few more 
years, without drawing a line. As anyone who prepares a Prepared car, it
takes time to line things up. With rule changes or threats of rule changes a
seeming constant, it is little wonder the P classes are dwindling. Sad.
