According to Terry, the driver side is a '74 and the passenger side a '75
mechanism ! On our driver side, the window binds about 3/4 of the
way up- Terry thought that there was a protruding screw head in the door
that was causing the problem, but unfortunately only a complete door
disassembly would allow the offending protrusion to be removed.
My son {main car driver, Daddy just pays the bills ;) }, did the work on
the passenger side, so to be honest I don't fully know what the problem
was there.
