routine maintenance

Even though I use my Jaguar in a semi daily manner, I only put 
about 1500 miles per year in the car. I assume there are others
out there that don't put a lot of miles on their interesting 
cars. My question is how often do you change oil, filters,
and
such? On my family car it's every 3k to 4k miles. On the Jag I've
changed oil and filters twice a year. spring and fall. Would
like to hear your various opinions.
