Horsepower ?

Granted, horses come in different shapes, sizes and strength.  But does this
explanation seem reasonable?

          Now, lesssee, If she's a witch, she'll float. 
     A duck floats, so a duck must weigh the same as a 
     witch. Therefore, if she sinks, she's not a witch ! 
     Bring me the duck !
