Thanks for the pointers to JC Whitney, I found them in their catalog, but
they are a bit pricey ($500 for a set of four), and a bit fancy since they
jack themselves up under the tire. I then looked in an Eastwood catalog,
and found what I was thinking of, they are only ~$300 for four. I still
think I saw them someplace else. Anyway, I may try getting only two,
putting them on one side of the car, then using a floor jack on the other
side.
