No LBC content:

I shipped my racing bike via UPS...it arrived with the package looking like
it had been run over by one of their vans. I opened it and unfortunately
the frame beared testement to the fact that it had in fact been ran over by one
of their vans. They coughed up for it 2 months later.
On a related note:
We shipped a monitor to Germany, and UPS managed to drive a forklift fork
straight through the box and through the monitor inside. They then tried to
tell us that they didn't do it!!!
