I used to have a flyer from them, but I can't seem to find it.  It may
be at home.

That's basically it, but they have more than old tools.  They (he, 
really) makes tools himself, or can get them made if he can't make 
what you need.  He ain't cheap, but for a 100-point restoration like
your friend is doing, this is the place to deal with.  Here's some 
more info from an old message that appeared on SOL:

Another message I found said to try this number on weekends or after 6pm
Eastern on weekdays.

BTW, I've never dealt with the dude.  I did talk to him once a few 
years back at a NAMGAR national meet here in Huntsville.
