PLEASE, try to coordinate between ourselves and do NOT get in a
bidding war! I won't claim to know the details (ugh, I know enough
already) but IMHO I don't think Janice should profit from what she's
doing. She wants a thousand bucks, pay her a thousand bucks and
sort it out later!

Pick one point person, everyone else drop back and only give her
one potential buyer. Hmmm, maybe even talk her down? :-)
