A higher pressure radiator cap allows the system to operate at a HIGHER
temperature, thus making it more efficient and allowing it to remove more
BTUs of energy because of a greater differential of temperature between the
air and the radiator.
What that means is the system will dissipate more heat under "normal
conditions" before you need to turn on your heater in an effort to add
additional cooling, also your heater will work better.
