The steering wheel is off; thanks to everyone who replied!  Now I'm
waiting on the installation kit.  It should be in tomorrow.  The wheel
came off easily - too easily.  The nut wasn't tightened at all.

Next stop for old wheel, eBay!  Anyone want a slightly cracked wheel
with a good horn pad?
