You should send this back to Courtesy Datsun.  This reminds me of making a
scheduled appointment with a Doctor, and when you arrive at your scheduled
time, "THE JERK" makes you sit around for two hours so he can impress upon
you that he is "THE MAN."  It is not that his schedule is full, my wife had
the first appointment of the day.  Pat
