A nut splitter is also useful and of course an oxy-actetylene torch to get
those frozen nuts off if you have one. An impact gun is also very useful and
is much better than using hand tools with long breaker bars as the torque is
applied directly over the nut and the hammering really helps to break those
nuts loose.

I hate pickle forks and use a gizmo I bought from JC Whitneys 20 years ago
that is less damaging to the front end parts especially the boots.

Did your body guy paint the engine compartment? If not wait until he does to
re-install everything. Heavy blankets help keep the car from being
scratched.
