Does anyone happen to have a table or spreadsheet of rpms vs speed (I
know, tire size diff's, I just need a ballpark) for a 5 spd and stock
U-20 rear end? My speedo has always just bounced happily along, and I
ignore it, I just drive with traffic. Well, on a long, sweeping, 2 lane
fwy transition I got a little too excited and passed a line of cars, and
got scolded (at 50+ mph) by a motorcycle cop. I guess I'd better
acquire a better reference for my ealry morning, deserted fwy drives.
(4000 rpm in 5th seems to be ~80, 3200 is ~70-75?) Sorry if this is a
repeat.
