I am pushing coolant out to the overflow bottle and it does not return =
to
the radiator on cool down.

Not boiling over, nor do I have a serious loss of coolant other than =
some
splash. The bottle is usually =BD to =BE full at the end of a session.

Do I need a new cap or is this evidence of a more insidious problem? =

please order me a new cap, in any case. Perhaps I should bring down for =
a
pressure test?

What # pressure cap do the FOT run? Ours is currently a 7#  cap.
