Well, I'll second Chris's experience with Champions failing and NGKs working
well.  I've been using NGK plugs in my Triumphs for 20+ years now and when
Chip Bond was having trouble chasing down a slight high speed miss (this went
on for parts of two seasons), we decided to try replacing his Champions with my
spare set of NGKs.  Problem solved, no more miss...

Each to their own, I guess.
