Hi,
I believe the SCCA historian is a certain Peter Hylton - although I could
be wrong. I mention this because a series of articles appeared n the SCCA
National publication "Sports Car" a year or so ago that described the
period in quetion (and national championships and all that).
As others have suggested, a call to the national office would be in order.
