Almost the same as Bill B....mine was the coil mounting bracket that should
be grounded.  The higher output coil that I used was a little smaller than
the bracket, so I, (Mr. Fixit), put a piece of cork sheet material around
the coil and it fit nicely.  Only one problem, it was no longer grounded.
Once the hood was open at night I found my error and my miss that only
occurred under a hard loads and at inopportune times such as in mid right
and left corners.  We all learn that we aren't as smart as we think.  In my
case it's beginning to happen more frequently.
