I think that is why most of the time that type diff is referred to as a
SALISBURY TYPE diff. As long as you keep track of the breakaway torque
you've got a winner.

Looks a lot alike to me. I could be wrong, but I thought Salisbury was the
inventor and other companies license their design--or perhaps just knock it
off.
