I do not understand why the tilton system does not lock the spherical bearing
on center inside the brake peddle pivot sleeve
Carroll Smith on the other hand wants the spherical bearing locked with
circlips inside the brake peddle sleeve. To ensure it will not shift from side
to side resulting in an unwanted bias change thanks rob
