Hi all: =C2=A0
Kas asked me=C2=A0to make a quick comnent on the=C2=A0race. =C2=A0
The =C2=A0Linney video=C2=A0compilation is extraordinary. =C2=A0=C2=A0The r=
ace started cleanly enough. =C2=A0The three leaders mueller, garmey and kni=
ght were duking it =C2=A0out in front. I had a ring side view=C2=A0watching=
them in=C2=A0fourth=C2=A0position. =C2=A0=C2=A0After about two laps Ken kn=
ight had a mechanical issue slowed and eventually pulled off course near th=
e sweeper. =C2=A0=C2=A0 That left john=C2=A0mueller and Tony Garmey in=C2=
=A0front. After a couple of laps I was able to pass Tony on the inside of t=
he sweeper=C2=A0just before the Esses. =C2=A0 Tony was to recapture that po=
sition on the next lap at riverside corner due to=C2=A0traffic interference=
. He and Mueller were neck=C2=A0and neck. =C2=A0 I passed once again and wa=
s behind Mueller when at the Truck stop turn Mueller=C2=A0got out of sorts =
and off track. =C2=A0Made lots of dust. =C2=A0I had to avoid collision=C2=
=A0and =C2=A0got out if sorts too. =C2=A0Made two 360=E2=80=99s and ended u=
p facing the correct way on track left. It was a dangerous spot. =C2=A0.=C2=
=A0Took literally=C2=A0two minutes of cranking motor until it cleared and f=
ired up (just as safety truck arrived to assist). =C2=A0 I took off but, a =
whole lap down. =C2=A0=C2=A0 I saw black flag at next station (acknowledged=
it - thinking=C2=A0 it was for=C2=A0me) then recognized that every flag st=
ation had a=C2=A0standing black flag. =C2=A0I wondered why that was needed.=
=C2=A0Yes, there were a few cars with mechanicals =C2=A0on course but, the=
y were very safe and off line. =C2=A0
