It looks too dark to be Healey Green. 33799 is pretty early. One
question is that the auction mentions that he has two engines. Is the
one we are seeing the original engine? I have emailed him asking for
the engine number.

>From the cars we have heard from on the list from spring of 1957, we
all are seeing Healey Green engines. Mine and Mick's were both built
in April, Don's is very early, built in January.

I would think this could be the scenario, but Don's car predates the one on eBay
Early Longbridge BN4 with 2 port head - Morris Green
Later Longbridge BN4 with 2 port head - Healey Green
Last Longbridge BN4 with 6 port head - Morris Green
Abington BN4 with 6 port head - Healey Green

Like I said, my motor is supposed to be painted very soon, I want to
get this right!
