Michael,
As Greg and other have mentioned, you must tighten the compression fitting
on the end of the steering box.
You should also check the floor where you park to see if you have leaked
much of the high viscosity oil that is used for lubrication.
That would need to be refilled if that has been going on for awhile.

A long tube called the stator tube is attached to the control head and goes
all the way down to the steering box, if you have an adjustable wheel it may
be different, not as familar with those. Anyway the nut on the end of the
steering box holds the stator tube in place with a brass compression
fitting.
