That would certainly make more sense to me.  I have not been following the 
auction that close but like I said and you reinforce, it makes no sense to make 
a comment like that if the bidders can hear it.  I also very much agree with 
not changing colors when you are doing a restoration for resale.  If it is 
going to be YOUR baby, then fine.  Paint it whatever you like but if your 
business 
is restoration and you KNOW the original color.  Stay with it!!!
